Welcome to Snow Herons Martial Arts

Our classes are designed to build life skills of confidence, self-discipline and learning to stay on task; as well as having respect and courtesy towards one another.

We teach traditional Korean martial arts with structured self-defense training in an envirenment of respect and discipline.

Forms and sparring are taught to improve focus, coordination and pattern regognition while increasing self-defense.

Classes are 60-75 minutes in length of learning martial arts technique with physical control as well as mental development that will prepare students as they transition their learnt martial arts skills including; confidence, self-discipline, respect, humility, calmness and on task focus into all aspects of a students envirenment; both home and school/work.

The fitness, strength and stamina aspects of martial arts are developed through regular class training
